What is NNS Ticket System?
NNS Ticket System is web based help desk application for managing all your support needs to running smoothly your application.

Why will I use NNS Ticket System?
When your support threads start growing, a purely email-based support system gives you no visibility into which tickets you raised, who else is working on the problem, or what you should be doing about the problem. NNS Ticket System lets you track the progress of a ticket, right from the moment it is opened, all the way through resolution and closure.

Do I need to Login?
If you are a Client of NNS Solution and you want to raise a Ticket or see your Ticket status; you need to Register once and Login. Otherwise you does not need to Register or Login.

How do I Register?
It is very simple and easy process. Just click on the menu "LOGIN / REGISTER" at right top corner and click "I am not registered yet!", fill-up the mandatory Fields and click "REGISTER" button. That's it, you will be registered.

I forgot my Password. Now what to do?
There is no worries, you can reset your Password easily. Just click on "LOGIN / REGISTER" and click on "Forgot Password". Enter your email address. You will get an email with a link. Check you email and click on the link we provided. You will get a form to reset your Password.
